We want you to love your BajkBuddy accessories! However, if things don't work out, you can return your items for a refund or store credit.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Since our parts attach to bikes, items damaged from overtightening or riding cannot be accepted.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, so your package doesn't get lost on its way back to us.
Once we get your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. Keep in mind that depending on your bank, it might take 1–3 business days to show up on your statement. We'll send you an email as soon as it's sorted!
If your figurine or clamp arrives damaged or unusable, let us know right away. Email us at hello@support.bajkbuddy.nl with a clear photo of the damage so our team can help you faster.
Tip: Send us more photos from multiple angles to clearly see the problem.
Once we review your photos, we can get a replacement product sent your way! If you opt for an identical or similar replacement, there is just a small 3€ service fee (6€ if the order was shipped outside of the Netherlands). If you'd prefer a full refund instead of a replacement, just let us know (please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable).
